Equestrian Menage

Hi-Spec Building Contractors, a leading construction firm in Bolton, has recently completed a bespoke equestrian menage for a commercial client in Bury, Lancashire. This project demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality, customised constructions that meet our clients’ specific needs.

The project involved the construction of an equestrian menage for a riding centre. The roof was coated with Zinc and featured a glass atrium, providing a unique blend of durability and aesthetic appeal. The outer wall was constructed with natural stone, harmonising with the traditional feel of the property.

The interior was cladded with cedar, creating a warm and inviting living space. A dry stone wall with a water feature was added, enhancing the tranquillity of the space. Equestrian grade sand was laid for the flooring inside the arena, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the horses.
